Are your pearls real?
Yes. We use genuine freshwater cultured pearls, carefully selected for their natural beauty, lustre and quality. As pearls are created by nature, slight variations in shape, size and colour make every piece unique.
Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. Our gemstone collection features natural gemstones sourced from trusted suppliers. Each stone has its own unique characteristics, making every piece one of a kind.
Do I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. Qualifying purchases include a Certificate of Authenticity, giving you confidence in the quality and authenticity of your jewelry.
What materials are used in your jewellery?
Our collections feature genuine freshwater pearls, natural gemstones, 92.5 Sterling Silver and premium-quality alloy, depending on the design. The materials used are clearly mentioned on each product page.
Will the jewelry look exactly like the photographs?
We strive to represent every piece as accurately as possible. Since pearls and natural gemstones are unique, slight variations in colour, shape and texture are natural. Screen settings may also cause minor colour differences.
Orders & Shipping
What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000. For prepaid orders below ₹1,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on orders above ₹1,000 across eligible locations in India. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery PIN code.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 3–9 working days, depending on your location. Customised or made-to-order pieces may require 7–15 working days before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by destination. Please contact us before placing your order for country-specific details.

How should I care for my jewellery?
Store your jewellery in a dry place, away from perfumes, lotions and moisture. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and store it in the provided pouch or box to preserve its beauty.
